Because you paid directly, the program does not know the payment has been made.

I advise to change your payment method, File Step 2, to check so the program doesn't keep generating emails.

You will need to trick the program into allowing you access to this portion.

Click "add a state," which you won't actually do, then go back to the File portion to make the change.
