If you paid anyone $600 or more you need to give them a 1099NEC (was a 1099Misc). But not to corporations or for merchandise. You send the IRS a copy of the 1099NEC with the transmittal summary form 1096. These are due to the person by Jan 31 and to the IRS by Jan 31 also.

I'm assuming this is a payment for a business expense and not a personal expense. it is unlikely that a personal expense would be reflected on your return. if they were not corporations and you paid them $600 or more you should have file a 1099 for each of them
we don't know what the payments were for.
thus they may either require capitalization and depreciation or qualify for immediate deduction. please provide more info so we can better provide you with the info you need.
