It seems Fiverr provides a myriad of freelance services for businesses. If you paid them to provide a service to one of your customers, then it would likely be a subcontract expense. If they performed a service for your company, marketing for instance, then the expense category would not be subcontract expense, but charged to a general expense category such as marketing or advertising expense.
