Switch to downloaded program

We  see people all the time that have bought the CD/Download Desktop Software but then somehow ended up using the Online version and didn't know it.  If that happened  then you can move your Online file to the Desktop program and continue without paying for Online or needing to reenter your info.

To  continue in the desktop version see this…….

What version did you buy?  If you bought Basic or some of the Deluxe you have to buy the state program download extra.  Then to efile state it is $25.  Or you can print and mail state for free.

AND.....if you want the fees deducted from a federal refund there is an Extra $40 Refund Processing Service charge (45 in California)

In the Desktop CD/Download Basic program the state download is $45.  And it's $45 each in all versions for each different state you need to prepare after the first free state.
