I paid an estimated state income tax, but the Colorado 2018 online form you sent me does not address this. How do I get my estimated taxes on the tax form?

The state payments are entered in the federal section. 

HOW TO ENTER ESTIMATED TAXES PAID:

Sign in and open your return, Click “Pick up where I left off” (for online)

Type    estimated tax payments   into the search box and click the “Jump to estimated tax payments” link

Click Start next to the type of entry you wish to make

OR-

Click Federal

Click Deductions & Credits

Scroll down to "Estimates and Other Taxes Paid” Click Show More

Scroll down to "Estimated Tax Payments" Click Start

Be sure to pick the right state in the drop down box.  Some people have been leaving state blank or picked the wrong state.
