I paid $80 and cant finish filing because IRS is obtaining documents still?

Which forms are showing unavailable? Sounds like your tax return may have forms that aren't available just yet. If that is the case, the program will not let you e-file. You can check the status of form availability in the below TurboTax FAQs:

Your payment status is saved, and you will not have to pay again when the IRS releases the final forms. You have also locked in your price against any increases. Unfortunately this year, there are a lot of last minute tax law changes due to COVID relief and other last minute changes from Congress, and the IRS is backlogged in dealing with them.
