Hi, so before I fully filed my taxes - I was asked to pay with my refund or through a card. So, I went with my card. However, before actually hitting submit for filing, I remember reading from Gusto that I could possibly be eligible for the IRS Free Filing Program. So I checked, and I was indeed eligible. So I ended up filing through that program using TurboTax (and even said $0). I was worried that they had already charged me, and it is currently pending on my bank account. Is there a way to actually refund the $80 because I didn't actually use it? Please help!

So did you use Online Deluxe to prepare your return, paid for it, but then didn't file? And then did you use instead the special TurboTax IRS Free File Program (a separate website) to actually prepare and file your return? Did it let you switch in the same account even after paying, or did you create a new account and start a new return to use the TurboTax IRS Free File Program?
In any case, you should phone TurboTax Support to discuss your situation.

Yes! So I had originally was preparing the taxes using Deluxe, paid, but didn't file. So then I had checked in another tab regarding the IRS Free File Program and clicked the TurboTax link provided from the .gov site. So then, TurboTax put the Deluxe prepared file to the side, and TurboTax switched over to IRS Free Filing edition (with the same account, of course).
Thank you for these links! I was searching all over if there was email support or a number of some sort. I will contact them during their business hours!
