I paid $25 from my deposit for the 5 days early feature, but my refund has been approved and is less than 5 days away. My TT says I have it, I shouldn’t owe it right?

I filed on the 9th ave was accepted on the 17th of January and paid for the 5 days early deposit program at my personal bank. It’s $25. It’sa simple return so it is free for federal and state. My refund is showing approved and WMR and transcripts all say my deposit date is 1/29/25 and today is 1/25/29. It was showing that deposit date all day the 24th but haven’t gotten a deposit. I can’t see TT not taking that money when they have in a big green box at the top of the home page “you paid $25 for 5 day early deposit”. Their “help” bots are pretty worthless with something like this. How can I make sure they don’t hold my deposit up even more by taking a cut they already missed their window to be owed?

Any Turbo Tax people in here want to check and see why my refund hasn’t been deposited or how I go about not getting charged $25 for getting it the day the IRS was going to send it to me? Any help is appreciated, thank you!

Here is more information on the 5 Day Early option: 5 Days Early

Please note: If your federal refund is deposited into your selected bank account less than 5 days before the IRS refund settlement date (the date it would have arrived if sent from the IRS directly), then you will not pay the 5 Days Early fee.

I hope so. It’s now the 27th and TT still says my return is “accepted”, but WMR and transcripts still show approved and DDD as 1/29/25, but still no deposit. I remember last year TT never changed to “approved” and stayed on “accepted” after I got my refund. Thanks for the reply!
