No, you don't issue yourself 1099.
You don't say, but I assume you are a sole proprietor who files a Schedule C to report your self-employment income. On Schedule C, you report your total income. This includes all commissions received by the business. You have an expense for commissions you paid to your contractors. You only file a 1099-NEC for the money you paid to your contractors, not to yourself.
