I owe federal and state taxes. I haven't had any money taken out of my account, I usually pay through turbo tax. My returns were accepted. Do I need to pay still?

I thought it would pay through my debit card as always. I do not know what is going on. How do I figure out if turbo tax used my account to pay or not?

How you chose to pay the taxes owed will be on the Filing Instructions page for each tax return, Federal and State.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state. 

This will take you back to the 2022 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

Look at the filing instructions on the "electronic postmark"  page and see what it says about paying your tax due.
