I never received last year's tax return. When i asked turbo tax what to do, they said to talk to whoever filed my taxes which was myself. So what do i do now?

• Did you do your return in TurboTax?
• Was it the Individual, or a Business return you are looking for?
  • You currently have TurboTax Live Business Online
  • Was it an individual return that you were looking for.
• Did you save, or make a copy of last years return.

• Apologies, i used turbotax  I did individual personal taxes. I didn't save the copy but i believe I'm able to pull it up still. Thank you

Sign in to your TurboTax account. 

• Make sure you're using the same TurboTax account (same user ID) as in previous years. 
• Select Documents from the side menu, 
• Use the dropdown menu to choose the tax year you want, and 
• Select Download tax PDF.

Did you confirm that your tax return was filed and accepted?

If you did, you will have to contact the IRS for the status of your refund.

You may have better luck with the local office.

You can call the main office, toll-free at 1-800-829-1040 or contact a Taxpayer Assistance Center Local IRS Office.
