I need to start over I put last year's income in and it won't port over my w2 I thought that was what I was supposed to do and it won't let me start over

There is a menu on the left hand side. There should be a category that says clear and start over, or something along those lines. Hope this helps!

Yes you can clear and start over.

1. On the menu bar on the left that shows.
   1. My Info
   2. Federal
   3. State
   4. Review
   5. File
2. Select Tax Tools
3. On the drop down select Tools
4. On the Pop-Up menu select Clear and Start Over
5. Caution:  Be sure that this is what you want to do.
6. Select Yes
7. This will complete the process.

Clear and Start over

If you only have to delete the W-2, this may help.

1. On the menu bar on the left that shows.
   1. My Info
   2. Federal
   3. State
   4. Review
   5. File
2. Select Tax Tools
3. On the drop down select Tools
4. On the Pop-Up menu select Delete a Form
5. This will give you all of the forms in your return
6. Scroll down to the form you want to delete
7. Select the Form
8. Click on Delete.

This will complete the process.
