Your system cannot find my account in your files. I have used turbo for years. I use home and business turbo. recently my credit card was billed for turbo but I did not receive info for downloading the program. When asked for phone number I gave my original number. Since opening the account my number has changed.

What exactly were you billed for in October?  The only available products were the 2017 and earlier desktop editions and the 2017 online edition (but only on or before October 15).

TurboTax support is a joke.   We're put through a loop of useless automated questions and never get to a real person.   Can someone pass on a real number that gets a customer to a real person for real help?
I'm so frustrated I'll never use their tax preparation again.

I was online for 3 hours with Tech Support and they could not resolve my issue.  We they escalated it to another level of support they dropped the call and immediately closed the ticket; I received an email telling me the issue was resolved and asked me to complete a survey. They must have blocked my number since I wasn't able to reach Tech Support again.    Never again will I use this software.

Multiple users seem to be posting here with various and sundry things when you should each have your own thread on your specific issue so you can be questioned and assisted.
