If you are using an account from the past where you filed jointly you MUST start a new account with a new userID ... do NOT use the old account.
Are you Divorced in 2019? If you are still married you can only file as Joint or MFS or Head of Household if you qualify. Not as Single.
If you used Turbo Tax last year you should start a brand new account for yourself and not transfer from last year. Online is only good for 1 return. But you can use the same email address for 5 accounts. How to start another return in the Online version
