I need to remove consent to discclose

I accidentally marked "continue" instead of "Decline" from consent to disclose and it won't let me go back and change it to "decline" .... what do I need to do to revoke consent?

You are not able to repopulate the consent once you have answered it.

I ended up choosing to use a tax preparer & filed with them. TurboTax won't let me clear those files from this year & close my account with them. How can I do that ?
