This is a PUBLIC website and no one here has access to your account.
Your only recourse is to call Customer Support and attempt to open a ticket there
.....though as already noted in the conversations you've already visited....that seems to lead nowhere.
If enough people call customer support to complain, maybe someone in TTX staff offices will start a corrective action to change the options they have to allow you to eliminate those stored files.
