I need to fix the state tax ID on my w2. It has the right number but it has spacing that Turbo Tax is not recognizing. It won't let me e-file. I've already paid?

How can I edit on the last step of reviewing the state filing?

If you are getting a review error for the State Tax ID, you will have to go back to your W-2 and edit the number from that screen.

Select your TurboTax product and follow the steps to edit your W-2.

TurboTax Online:

1. Open or continue your return.
2. Go to W-2.
3. Edit your W-2. 

TurboTax Desktop:

1. Open your return.
2. Search for W-2, and select the Jump to link. (On Mac, Select the Federal Taxes tab, then select Wages & Income.)
3. Edit your W-2.

If you continue having the issue, please delete your W-2 and reenter it manually.
