If you are getting a review error for the State Tax ID, you will have to go back to your W-2 and edit the number from that screen.
Select your TurboTax product and follow the steps to edit your W-2.
TurboTax Online:
- Open or continue your return.
- Go to W-2.
- Edit your W-2.
TurboTax Desktop:
- Open your return.
- Search for W-2, and select the Jump to link. (On Mac, Select the Federal Taxes tab, then select Wages & Income.)
- Edit your W-2.
If you continue having the issue, please delete your W-2 and reenter it manually.
