I need to file NYC-4S and it is not included in the 2016 business software. Why?

You are supposed to buy New York City S-corp product ($49.99) beside New York State S-corp ($49.99). But you will not get NYC-4S and other needed form such as NYC-ATT-S-Corp. I already spend lot of time with TorboTax support, seem that TurboTax did not include those forms in the product. But why TurboTax sell it. You bought it and there is no NYC-4S available. You might also call TurboTax support (very nice people there) and push them to get the product right. If not, they should not sell it and should refund $49.99 to everyone who bought it.

I have just been told that the NYC version will not be ready until March 3. Some issue with state approval process

I also do not have NYC-4S in my TurboTax2016 Business!!! Just requested a refund of the download !

Spoke to TurboTax rep today and recd a refund since the software does not include the forms needed to file NYC return.

2015 NYC-4S wasn't available until 3/13/16 last year.

I send email to New York City Tax department and got reply: (1) No TurboTax for NYC 4S; (2) PDF download NYC4S is not fillable. Suggestion: Print the NYC4S and hand fill it and mail to NYS. There must be some accounting firm can do that,  but for a simple NYC4S, do you want to bother?

I received an email this evening saying Turbotax has fixed the problem.

Did you try it? I just download a program update but no change to NYC4S.

I tried the update but cannot start my NYC return. I will give Turbotax a call today.
