I need to efile my federal return only, but turbo tax wants to file the state as well...how do I exclude the state return from the efile?

On Step 3 of the File section, on the screen labeled Let's get ready to e-file click on File by Mail. 

On the following screen labeled We've determined the easiest way to file your taxes click on Change for the state tax return. 

On the following screen Change filing method click on File by mail and Save
