If you buy the CD both versions are on that ... or if you buy one download you can ask TT support for the download of the other version.

Then you should be buying the CD.  And you buy the CD though the Turbo Tax Advantage Auto  Renew plan they also give you both the Windows and Mac downloads.

Just keep in mind that, while using both machines, you'll need to keep transferring the tax data file back and forth.
