we have no access to your account. if you used TurboTax for 2019 and are in the same account it should have transferred when you started 2020.

What product are you using now for your 2020 return--Online TurboTax or desktop software (CD/download?)

What did you use last year for the 2019 return--Online TurboTax or desktop product?  If you used Online TurboTax to prepare the 2019 return, we can tell you how to look for it, and if it's not in the account you are currently using, we can tell you how to troubleshoot for multiple accounts to get a copy of your 2019 return PDF.

It's also possible to get a 2019 tax return transcript at the IRS website as Champ Mike9241 mentioned, but you have to open an IRS account there, and it "may or may not" be easy to qualify to do so.  The requirements are shown on that page that Champ Mike9241 linked to in his comment above.
