I need help with my address. AP is not being accepted. When I try to contact support, they say my phone number is invalid How to contact Turbotax via email?

What do you mean by "AP"?    Does that mean an APO address (Army Post Office)?

If so, on your mailing address screen in the My Info (Personal Info) section,  in the first box you have to choose the "Type" of mailing address from a dropdown menu.   You can choose Military (APO, FPO, DPO).   Then the screen reconfigures with different boxes.    In a box lower down it asks you indicate whether it is APO or FPO or DPO from a dropdown menu.  Once you make that indication, then a box called "state code" has a dropdown menu that shows 3 choices for the various military post offices.

Yes, my state address is AP for Armed forces Pacific. 

Sorry, I was not specific. 

It is on the return itself. It keeps popping up for review and wanting me to change the state address from AP to another state.

I don't know what "on the return itself" means.  Federal return or a state return?

  Does that mean it is on some kind of flagged "error check" Fix It thing that pops up? 

I'm not sure where you are trying to correct it.   You don't normally use the same box that has a dropdown list of the 50 states.    Instead of trying to fix it in a popup, see if you can do the following:

See the screen image below from the My Info/Personal Info section.  Do you know how to get back to that screen and make the changes?    This is how to make the "state code" in your mailing address show up as AP:

In my info it is indeed AP as my state. 

Before filing TurboTax performs the review on my federal return. It will keep flagging the AP as in error checks as need of review and is making me have to change the state. 

It may be a program error, it will take AP as an acceptable address for my personal info but not when

I don't know why the "AP" is causing that to be flagged as an error during the Federal review if it was entered correctly in the mailing address.  Did you use a different mailing address when entering some other form in the return?

I'll see if I can get one of the TurboTax experts to comment in this thread later this morning.  Some are usually in the forum starting around about 6-7 AM Central.

If you don't get a response today, here's another option.  TurboTax does not offer support via email.  You said you couldn't reach TurboTax Support by phone.   Do you have Facebook or X (Twitter)?  If so, here's how to reach a TurboTax Support agent with messaging during business hours.

Currently 7 days a week 5am-9pm (PST) this time of year.

Could one of you please review this thread.   I don't know why the user's military "AP" is being flagged in the Review/error check, and it asking them to choose a state from the 50 dropdown.   Do you think that instead of the AP mailing address it might somehow be due to a "state of residence" problem?    I don't know what the user answered for "state of residence" in the My Info interview.
