I need a refund for the money I paid to receive my taxes because I’ve been rejected 4 times.

The fee you paid to use TurboTax is the same whether you e-file or print and mail the return.  There is no guarantee that you will be able to e-file the return, and no extra charge for e-filing when you use online software.  The fee is for using the software.  If you tell us the rejection message/code you are getting we may be able to help you e-file.  Or you can can print, sign and mail your return if you have given up on e-filing.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS received the return.
