I mistakenly forgot to apply import code now what to do

An import code for what?  What do you need to import?  Do you mean a code to pay the fees?

Did you buy the Desktop program and have a License Code?  

Sorry you can't apply the Desktop purchase to the online version.  They are separate things and don't talk or sync to each other.  You would have to get a refund for the Desktop CD/Download program and pay for online separately.
