Only the IRS can help you with this issue.  First review this helpful information: IRS Understanding Your Letter 5071c

Call the IRS:  1-800-829-1040  hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday

• When calling the IRS do NOT choose the first option re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.  
• So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info).  Choose option 2 for "personal income tax" instead.

You can contact your local IRS office.  Local IRS offices or the Taxpayer Advocate Service (TAS).  They are in place to assist in situations where you are unable to obtain resolution on your own.

1. You can click here to begin: TAS Qualifier Tool. or 
2. Submit a request for assistance - Form 911 Request for TAS Assistance (instructions are included)
3. Locate the local TAS Office for your area

This will get the process started for you.  It's not going to be a fast process because they are handling a large volume at this time.

@Bossmankh Did you read any of the replies in this thread that tell you to check your online IRS account?

Sometimes the IRS chooses returns randomly to request verification of identity and sometimes there is something on the return that triggers the request.  No matter why the IRS has required you to verify your identity, you need to follow their instructions in order to receive your refund.  If you do not verify your identity you will not get your refund.
