I mailed 2018 State Tax Return (zero owed, no refund due) but forgot to sign it. Since Return is not valid, should I e-file it now, before the 4/15/19 deadline?

2 days left till tax deadline.

I assume the return is not valid without signature...

The state is North Carolina.

Can still e-file via TurboTax.

Federal tax was e’filed and accepted. No tax owed, no refund either.

Yes you can efile the return if you wish ...or wait for them to mail you back the form for a signature.
