I'm using Turbo Tax Premier and can't find a way to import my donations from ItsDeductibleOnline.

I've looked it up via search and followed the posted directions and I'm not getting the screen that asks me to import.

You can get to it if your ItsDeductible account has the same UserID as your tax file...but a week ago, they still couldn't import form an ItsDedcutible account that had a different UserID form Online your tax file

As far as finding the Import selection, for ONLINE users...that is likely the result of using the Absolutely STUPID (!!) Guide Me functions in the Online software.  You need to get OUT of that interview series and get to the main menu on the Deductions & Credits tab.

Here's a series of pictures that show how to get the full menu from the "Wages & Income" section....you'll likely have to do the same thing on the Deductions & Credits page.

The first picture may or may not show, depending on what you've done so far...but look at each of them and you'll eventually find what you need to click on.
