When I want to import from Edward Jones, I must first log into my account either on my computer or on my iPad. After I do that, when TurboTax prompts me, I enter Ed
ward Jones from the drop down box and my Consolidated Statement downloads into my Desktop software. I did it a week ago and it worked. I do recall three years ago the first time I tried to import, it did not work and Ed Jones employees determined my password was too complicated so they changed it, helped me over the phone and it has worked the last three years.
