I'm unable to edit/add self employment income

I'm working online. When I select add/edit, it brings me to a general page.

I'm using Chrome. I don't have any extensions. I have cleared my cache, logged out and back in. I have also tried on Microsoft Edge. . I've been going in circles.

I tried calling [phone number removed] 3 times. First time I was connected I heard people in the background, but no-one answered, then next 2 times was silence.
