I’m trying to use the iOS mobile app. Why won’t that part of the app allow me to enter vital information?

Keyboard and touchscreen work fine. I have the latest version. I’ve deleted and reinstalled. Am I missing something?

What do you mean by "deleted and reinstalled"? You cannot use the CD/download on any sort of mobile device. The CD/download can only be used on a Full PC or Mac. If you only have a mobile device you can use online TurboTax.
