They were very deceptive in their business practices this year. I have been a Turbo Tax customer for over 10 years and I feel totally taken advantage of. The tiers this tax year were deceiving, I always used premium because I have a few stock transactions every year. I received a pop-up notice the cost was 209 dollars, on sale for 199.00. I spoke to a person on-line before starting and then again after completing my taxes. The first person said I can downgrade when I pay. So I spent 10 hours over two days and completed. I tried to downgrade and was told I would have to start over, losing all the data. They said I signed up for Premium Live Support throughout the year, which I didn't even know was a thing, and never done. The two people I was chatting with were purposely vague, another red flag in my opinion. I totally got taken advantage of and I am so frustrated after 10 plus years, I am seeking other companies.
