I'm trying to auto-connect to my E-Trade account but I get a "That didn't work." message. Also, my E-Trade account shows no tax documents for 2021. Any advice?

did you receive tax documents from e-trade earlier this year?

Maybe their system is offline for some holiday weekend maintenance?

Is it possible you have nothing to report for 2021 ? No dividends, interest, cap gains/losses or stock sales ?
