Direct debit today april 15?

I'm speculating that you cannot use this date by the nature of the question, so please change the direct debit date to tomorrow (federal banking system wouldn't allow you to use today as now closed)

No, as you are filing today with instructions to withdraw on next available date and the federal banking system is closed
