I'm ready to file my returns and my computer is stuck in trying to buy audit support. I cannot do anything. Can't enter the password, can't get it closed. Help

Were you able to save your tax return? Maybe you could try to restart TurboTax or even restart your computer if it's not responding.

my computer got stuck when I was printing the Audit Defense payment #...finally had to restart computer & got back in but still can't get off that page that asks you to buy the defense which I've already purchased...I'm ready to submit but need help!!

Please try clearing your cookies in your browser and then log back into your TurboTax software.  Many times, this will help clear the issue and allow you to log back in.
