Just got put on treasury offset database a few days ago does this mean it will be this year?

If you are in the database, then the offset will no doubt apply to this year's tax return.

Yea I'm the head of household.

I'm not sure why you think HOH matters. What type of debt are you trying to collect?

They trying to collect for unemployment overpayment
