Because the numbers are so vastly different, I'm confident one is "D" and the other is "DD"
D - Elective deferrals to 401(k)

DD - Cost of employer sponsored health coverage

If you have a box 12 with a Code and number, like D22, the 22 means the year 2022. You can either ignore the D22 amount or add it to the other code D.
