If you have filed in years past with TurboTax Home and Business from now on the product you will use is TurboTax Self-Employed. In TurboTax Online the Home and Business Version is now named TurboTax Self-Employed. All the same benefits as Home and Business remain the added benefit with Self-Employed is the direct linking of a QuickBooks Self-Employed account.

I'm not sure from you question what your current situation is, but when I went from employed to business owner I just went to Turbotax Home and Business which allows for both (I also have rental property). If and when I stop being self employed, I'll still need Turbotax home and business to wind up my business with Federal and State governments for income tax purposes (i.e. final reports on depreciating property). Turbo tax has a question concerning ending your business. If you ended it a previous year you may need to file an amended return for that year. Once all Schedule C (and E?) businesses are closed with the governments you can then use a simpler version (i.e Turbotax Deluxe, Premier, or Basic) depending on your requirements.
