I'm just about to complete filing my taxes and every time I click "review your order" it says it's unable to continue my return at this time.

Each time I return it tells me the same thing. How can I finish filing? Thanks!

Try deleting your browser's cookies. Please see this Turbo Tax FAQ regarding  How to delete cookies! If that doesn't work try using a different browser all together.

One of the common reasons for not being able to continue filing your return, is due to forms not being available or 'finalized'. In the event that this is the case, I am including a link that will list all the IRS and  state forms as well as  their expected available date. Thanks for your response. As far as I know, none of those forms apply to me. Would you recommend waiting until March and trying again just in case?

You're welcome; I would not necessarily suggest waiting until next month. If none of these forms apply to you then I would suggest trying a different browser altogether (if you have already cleared cache and cookies). Let us know what happens.

@katetroiano Sometimes when this happens an area of TurboTax will be temporarily unavailable for approximately 60 minutes while it refreshes.

There are a couple of things that you can try to get past this snag,

  • Try closing and completing logging out of TurboTax
  • Compete a  disk cleanup,
  • Restart your computer.  
  • If you've enabled pop-up blocking in your web browser, please turn it off and try again.
