I'm having trouble finding where to enter my IP PIN. Is it the same number as last year?

It should be the same. If you have the 6 digit IP PIN already, you can follow the steps below to take you to where you need to enter your IP PIN. 

It is the 6 digit PIN that can be found on your CP01A notice from the IRS. If you have lost it, go here https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-an-identity-protection-pin and follow the steps to retrieve it.
