I'm having trouble changing my address. They want to charge me to talk to somebody. I can clearly see they have my 1040 form already. Can somebody help me

If you have not yet e-filed, you can just go to MY INFO and change your address.

Do you mean you e-filed your tax return with a wrong or old address? You have to mail in a change of address to the IRS. No one at TurboTax can fix that for you.
