If you are confident that the zip code is correct, I suggest that you double check the two-letter state abbreviation.

If you are entering this from a tax reporting form (like a W-2 or 1099 ) it really doesn't matter ... enter in any city/state/zip code combination that will work even if it is from your personal residence.

My federal taxes won't file, because they say I need to correct the Worksheet. "Person on the Return Worksheet (my name): Enrollmentstatus must be entered." Blank page
