I'm an attorney who received a fee that I split 50/50 with another attorney, and I issued a 1099 to him. Where do I list the money I split with him so I get 100% deduct?

I received legal fees in my name.  I immediately paid half the fees with other attorney who worked on the case with me.  I issued a 1099 to him. Where do I list the money I paid out (his split) so that I get a 100% deduction as I never saw that money?

You'll enter the 1099-MISC in the Business portion of your TurboTax Home & Business program under Business Income and Expenses.  This payment can be entered under "Commissions", which I believe is one of the Business Expenses categories that you'll see.  The TurboTax FAQ below will assist you in locating where to enter this and any other qualified business expense associated with your practice.
