I'm about to e file and I see there is a 34.99 fee to submit on top of the 54.99. Why is that?

I'm about to e file and I see there is a 34.99 fee to submit on top of the 54.99. Why is that?

It sounds like you are trying to use the Refund Transfer option with has a $34.99 fee associated with it. If you do not want to pay that fee you can choose the credit card option.
