Please explain what that means.   First of all, what operating system are you using--Mac or Windows?

What do you mean by "loaded my disk?"    Does that mean when you put it in the drive, nothing happens, and it doesn't show up in the drive?   Or did you install the program from the disk, but then you don't find the program you installed in order to run it?
