I live abroad, why is the system not getting this (i.e. "needs info.")

Can I even use TurboTax if I live abroad`? And why does it assume foreign phones are like US phones? Why wont it give me the option NOT to choose a US state?

Need more information.. are you still an American citizen with nonresidents abroad, or do you live abroad working for an American company.
