First you may have more than one account so the emails may be coming from them ... if so just ignore the emails if you have checked your active account. And sometimes the reminders are still sent because one department doesn't know what the others are doing ... just a miscommunication.
I have checked my account info and it shows my correct card ending in 3426 but have not received my new TT CD and haven't heard if it will be shipped staring 11/4. Please advise.
