I keep getting bumped out with an error 5. I used a new browser, erased all my cache, unistalled app. What can I do? Ready to give up. Tried everything you said.

I already submitted another question and I did everything that was asked. I'm trying to get through the end of my state tax return and it keeps bumping me out at the exact same page every single time. I downloaded a new search engine used that it did not work. I cleared my entire browser, the cache, the history everything I wiped all of it. I unchecked the Remember Me part of the login. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app. I've been trying to finish this for multiple days and I'm ready to just go somewhere else can you guys help me or what is the glitch about?

Hi! I was having the exact same issue while trying to complete my Hawaii state taxes. I ended up contacting suppport directly through the TurboTax Facebook page and they responded that it was a known issue that they were working to fix. They also gave me a link to sign up for email updates when the issue was resolved. I don't know if you're filing Hawaii taxes but it sounds like the same problem I was having, so I'd recommend contacting support through their Facebook page.
