TURBOTAX TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT

Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund?  Is your refund taking an unusually long time to arrive?  Or was your refund seized to pay a debt you owed? if so, you signed an agreement that says TT can withdraw its fees from your account.  TurboTax would have sent several emails to you before they took the money out of your account.

That's odd.  Turbo Tax would take it out of your bank account not a credit card.  They would take it out of the account that you put down to get the refund.  Did you just file?  If you entered your credit card for something it probably charged the fees right then.   Maybe there was a reason it wouldn't let you deduct it from your refund?

They usually debit  the same account you put down to receive the refund ... if that was the debit/credit card associated to the bank account or  a pre paid debit card then that was the account on file.
