I just realized my husband's employer used our sons SSN instead of his. They have the same name so I see where the confusion is, how do I file? Who do I notify?

You need to get in contact with the employer and ask them to correct the error on the W-2 and you should file an extension in case they cannot get the W-2c to you in time.

W2 from VA but my employer's offc is located in MO and I work mostly in MO--now the boss moved to AR!!
